The purpose of the alliance is twofold:-

Firstly by joining together, Unitas offers for the first time a geographic spread to match any national broker. Combine this with the levels of quality personal service for which independent brokers are renowned and we have created a viable alternative that many insurance buyers have been looking for outside the top three or four national players.

Secondly, the ability to work together and share and develop resources into which all member companies can tap into, whilst retaining their independence, is an opportunity too good to miss.

Unitas is an organisation that is capable of competing and delivering services at the highest level, whilst also being small enough to care when broken down into its constituent parts.

Today there are 12 members operating from a wide network of offices stretching from the Shetland Islands in the north to Brighton in the south.

Together Unitas members control premium income in excess of £200m, making it a major force within the UK insurance Market.
