Tim Larke & Kayleigh Backhouse attended the recent Fit
for Work Seminar and were quick to throw their support behind
the campaign. [Tim Larke/Kayleigh Backhouse] commented, the benefits
of having a fit and healthy workforce are plain for all to see and whilst
we are, you can always do more. We were inspired by Kriss Akabusi and
some of our local businesses like Ipswich Building Society to do more
and join this campaign.
A number of staff recently completed a 50 mile charity walk and we
have entered 2 teams in a local Ekiden Marathon Relay race. I'm sure
this campaign will not only help us to encourage staff to exercise more
but to also get them involved in fun activities in the workplace.
