On 14th March some of the Ryan’s staff got involved by helping with the can collections for one of our nominated charities, Cancer Campaign in Suffolk.

As well as raising money by ‘Dress Down Days’ and ‘Win a Day Off Work’ each month, staff wanted to get a bit more hands on. Six staff members volunteered their time to help with the can collections at Tesco, Copdock. Nicci Dedman-Munro, below left, said “It was great fun and I was personally surprised and impressed with the generosity of the Suffolk people.  We each collected for a period of time and the response was really positive.”

A total of £393.11 was raised, so a big thank you to everyone who donated.

We also invited staff from the Charity to attend our company quiz night on 26th March  at Greshams, Ipswich. Although the Cancer Campaign team could not beat Ryan’s in the quiz stakes, we did raise £164.00 for the Charity, so everyone was a winner!
