New 'A' rated Insurer enters the Solicitors Professional Indemnity Market

We are pleased to report that a new insurer has entered the Solicitors Professional Indemnity market that is specifically targeting firms that undertake Residential Conveyancing.

This is welcome news as Conveyancers have suffered the worst of the premium increases over the last few years. It was initially feared further premium increases would continue however, the entry of First Title Ltd into the market has brought with it some much needed capacity and an insurer with a genuine understanding of the issues facing the conveyancing community.

• Your practice has between 2 and 15* partners and can demonstrate a progressive approach to Risk Management systems (as evidenced by Lexcel, CQS or ISO 9001)
• Your practice understands that well embedded systems that monitor and control risk are vital to running a successful business.
• Your practice is financially secure.

What information is required?
